MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT / INJURY LAW

There is no substitute for meeting the injured motorcyclists and their families, learning firsthand about their concerns and outlining to them a plan of action.

Our offices were founded and are dedicated for the full-time representation of motorcyclists with major injuries as a result of negligent acts of others.

We are among a few offices in the country limited to motorcycle accidents and injuries; and, we are the original and only law offices in Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia exclusively representing injured motorcyclists (licensed in Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Indiana & Michigan).  We are affiliated with similar offices nationwide.

We have the commitment, crucial experience, technical knowledge and resources to go after anyone, even if the case involves alcohol or drugs.

As part of our commitment to the motorcycling community we:

  • Make aware and educate motorcyclists on legal issues and encourage participation in government levels.

  • Encourage motorcyclists to organize in groups of sufficient size to influence successful outcomes on bikers’ issues with legal legislatures.

  • Encourage resistance and opposition to arbitrary laws aimed against motorcyclists’ interests.

  • Defend the legal rights of individuals, motorcycle rights organizations, and motorcycle clubs in state and federal court systems.  We have represented motorcyclists in police misconduct cases, DUI/OVI cases (blood & breath), drug offenses, licensing issues, offenses of violence and organized criminal enterprise charges (RICO).

  • Promote and encourage unity in motorcyclists’ religious organizations, and motorcyclists’ ministries.
